On 15th May 2022 is the day of the full moon called Vesak. Vesak is a time for great joy and happiness, for helping others and doing meritorious deeds. On this day, we celebrate the Buddha’s birth, awakening and passing away. It is the most auspicious day in the Buddhist calendar and it is celebrated in countries around the world.
Due to Ajahn Brahmali’s visit we unfortunately will not organize any great events this Vesak but you are welcome to come and take the 8 precepts in a small ceremony at around 6.50 am on the iSangha Zoom channel and listen to a short talk by Ven. Vimala to start your day.
